FAQ: What is your return & exchange policy?

If you are not happy with your non-personalized product(s) and want to return or exchange for a different color, you may return or exchange your new, unused FOTO piece(s) within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Refunds are only processed once the returned product is received back at FOTO. Please note: FOTO reserves the right to refuse to refund any purchase for any reason, including by way of example, but not limited to, if the product(s) looks worn or used. Exchanges are subject to current availability, and customers are responsible for any additional charges based on the product their original purchase is being exchanged for and/or whether the particular product being returned was on sale at the time of the original purchase. Please note that proofing and shipping charges on the original order are not eligible for refund. Please email support@fotostrap.com with your order number for assistance with a return or exchange.

FAQ: Can I return a personalized FOTO product?

Personalized FOTO products are not eligible for return or refund. All personalization is permanent and FOTO is not responsible for customer errors made when entering personalization during the order process. We encourage customers to purchase a proof to review their personalization. You can visit our personalization page for full alphabet examples of our Modern, Fancy, Marigold and Timeless fonts. Email support@fotostrap.com to handle a return. If you believe their was an error in your personalization, please contact us as soon as you receive your order.

FAQ: Can I exchange my personalized Fotostrap for a different color?

Personalized Classic Fotostraps can be exchange for a different color within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The Fotostrap must be in new, unused condition. Exchanges are subject to current availability, and customers are responsible for any additional charges based on the Fotostrap their original purchase is being exchanged for and/or whether the particular Fotostrap being returned was on sale at the time of the original purchase. Please email support@fotostrap.com with your order number for assistance with an exchange.

Purchases made through retailers other than Fotostrap.com

Each authorized retailer has their own return, exchange and refund policy. For this reason, if you purchased your FOTO product through a different retailer, you will need to reach out to that retailer directly for your return, exchange or refund inquiry.

Please note that purchases made through unauthorized retailers or marketplaces, including Amazon purchases not sold by Fotostrap or Adorama Camera, are not eligible for returns, exchanges. Likewise, FOTO products purchased through unauthorized retailers or marketplaces are not covered by FOTO's warranty.  If purchasing through Amazon, please make sure the "Ships from and sold by" retailer is listed as Fotostrap or Adorama Camera. Amazon seller 3ELM is NOT an authorized Fotostrap retailer.
