We craft high quality products that perform and age well.
FOTO uses 100 percent genuine leather that is as strong as it is beautiful. Fotostraps are made of vegetable-tanned leather - the most durable we could find - that will gain character over time. Products feature strong webbing and brass hardware that reinforce their quality. Our new Designer collection is crafted with genuine pebbled leather that is double stitched and uses brass swivel trigger hooks and custom brass split rings to easily secure to a camera. We proudly source our materials and manufacture our goods in the U.S., and stand behind the higher standard of our American-made products.
When I started getting more into film this past year I knew I wanted a different camera strap than one meant for pure utility. I wanted one that had a more aesthetically pleasing look but was quality and functional. I stumbled upon the Fotostrap and fell in love. For me, when I think about film I just have images of matted portraits, leather albums and all things with a classic feel. I found that in this strap. It is a simple around the neck shape but has the durability and aesthetic feel.

Our goods have a classic, customizable design.
The Fotostrap is one of the only camera accessories on the market that can be personalized. All purchases can be customized by adding text, a traditional monogram, a short phrase or even a business logo. We love seeing the creativity of our customers in making their FOTO product help tell their personal story.
When I saw the beauty that is the Fotostrap, I had to have one. I loved the simple single color, and the brown leather/buckle to attach to the camera had me drooling. I also loved the option to personalize the strap with my name–woohoo!

We were founded with a mission.
Ten percent of every FOTO purchase directly supports Fotolanthropy, a nonprofit that celebrates stories of hope through photography and filmmaking. Because of our amazing customers, FOTO has been able to help Fotolanthropy produce 19 films, including two award-winning feature documentary films: Travis: A Soldier's Story and The Luckiest Man. This year, your purchases are helping to produce their newest documentary, 7 Yards: The Chris Norton Story. This film documents the inspiring story of a young man who was given a 3% chance to ever move again after a life-altering tackle on the college football field and champions his journey to retrain his mind and body so that he can walk the most important yardage of his life: seven yards down the aisle with his bride.
