FAQ: How does Afterpay work?
Any FOTO purchase between $35-$1,000 is eligible for Afterpay. When you choose Afterpay as your FOTO payment option, your total purchase price will be split into four equal payments, the first due at checkout and the remaining three billed automatically every two weeks. (A total payment period of two months) The best part about using Afterpay is you still get your shipment right away!
FAQ: How much more does Afterpay cost?
There is no additional charge for choosing Afterpay as your payment option and no interest added to your payments! Afterpay only charges fees for late or failed payments.
FAQ: Does Afterpay affect my credit score?
Using Afterpay will have no affect on your credit score. (However, Afterpay does reserve the right to report to credit agencies for late or failed payment.)
FAQ: Can I choose my payment schedule?
While you may log in to your Afterpay account to make additional payments on purchases, payment schedules can not be extended beyond four payments.
FAQ: What is the return/exchange period for Afterpay purchases?
The FOTO return/exchange policy is the same for Afterpay purchases - thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
FAQ: What if I return part or all of my of my purchase?
Your refund will first be deducted from your remaining Afterpay payment schedule, with any remaining balance being refunded to you as normal.
