Did you receive your Designer Fotostrap as a gift and want to add your business logo or Hidden Message? Did you want to confirm the fit before personalizing your Fotostrap? Non-personalized Designer Fotostraps originally purchased directly through FOTO at Fotostrap.com can now be sent back in for personalization! (Please note, Fotostrap purchases made through other retailers cannot be sent in for personalization. If you received a shoulder pad that is already personalized and would instead like different personalization, you will need to purchase a new personalized shoulder pad here.)

To have your Designer Fotostrap personalized please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Contact us at support@fotostrap.com to let us know you would like to send in your Fotostrap for personalization, and include the original order number and/or name of the person who placed the original order. You will be provided with further details and directions for returning your Fotostrap. (Please note customers are responsible for their own shipping and insurance charges when sending in their shoulder pad for personalization.)

2. Complete your personalization purchase here at Fotostrap.com. You can view examples of all of our personalization options for the Designer Fotostrap here. You will be provided with a variety of final shipping options for receiving your personalized Fotostrap. 

3. Our team will contact you once we have received your Fotostrap and completed personalization purchase. In most cases, your Fotostrap should be back on its way to you within 1-2 business days and you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Choose initials, name or word (max 14 characters), or a personal or business graphic! You can upload your logo, in most image formats up to 10MB, at the 'Thank You for your order' page after you have completed all the checkout pages. You can also choose to add a Hidden Message to your Designer Fotostrap. Our personalization team will reach out to you if there are any issues with your design file.
