All FOTO Fotostraps come with a limited one year warranty. While the Fotostrap's genuine, vegetable-tanned leather is extremely durable, it can also stretch and wear over time depending on individual use and the particular lenses a user frequently has attached to their camera.
FOTO is excited to now offer a Fotostrap Refurbishment Program to our loyal Fotostrap customers. The refurbishment program includes two options:
Option 1: One time replacement of the Fotostrap camera attachment pieces
Option 2: One time replacement of the Fotostrap camera attachment pieces AND new shoulder pad
To have your Fotostrap refurbished please follow the steps outlined below:
1. Contact us at support@fotostrap.com to let us know you would like to send in your Fotostrap for refurbishment. Please include the original order number and/or name of the person who placed the original order. You will be provided with further details and directions for sending in your Fotostrap. (Please note customers are responsible for their own shipping and insurance charges when sending in their Fotostrap for refurbishment.)
2. Complete your refurbishment purchase here at Fotostrap.com. You will be provided with a variety of final shipping options for receiving your refurbished Fotostrap.
3. Our team will contact you once we have received your Fotostrap and completed refurbishment purchase. In most cases, your Fotostrap should be back on its way to you within 30 days and you will receive an email with your tracking information.
If you are choosing refurbishment Option 2, please choose initials, name or word (max 14 characters), or a personal design file for your new shoulder pad! If you are choosing a design file, you will be prompted to upload your black and white design file after you have completed all the checkout process. Our personalization team will reach out to you if there are any issues with your design file.
*Please note that because your Fotostrap's leather has darkened over time, the leather of your new refurbished pieces will initially be lighter than the existing leather elsewhere on your Fotostrap. (The photo of the Fotostrap without the camera attached shows a customer's refurbished James Fotostrap with brand new attachment pieces.) As this new leather ages with use, it will blend with the color of your existing leather.
