FAQ: How soon will I receive my order?
FOTO offers Domestic and International worldwide shipping options via USPS and UPS. During checkout, customers can choose their preferred shipping method. (Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only.)
**HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION**
Please note that due to the high volume of personalized holiday orders being received, fulfillment times are currently 2-3 business days. Please be sure to provide us with an email address you check regularly when placing your order, especially if you are personalizing your FOTO product. FOTO is not responsible for order delays if we do not receive a timely response to questions and/or proof approval concerning your order.

Domestic - United States Shipping
Personalized and non-personalized FOTO orders should ship out the following business day, unless we need further information to fulfill the order or a personalization proof was requested with the order. (Orders placed Friday thru Sunday will ship out on Monday.) Please note that calendar holidays may interfere with turnaround time. You should receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
International - Outside of the United States
Shipping time for international orders will vary depending on the method selected and the final destination. For standard USPS International shipping we suggest allowing 3-5 weeks for your product to be delivered to you. Expedited options are available via UPS International. You will receive a tracking number with your international order that will track your package through customs to your doorstep. Please note, international taxes and duties may apply to the shipment and are the buyer's responsibility. All international customers are responsible for appropriate and applicable laws, customs, tariffs, and fees within their given country. Once a product is shipped internationally, FOTO is no longer responsible for goods shipped. FOTO is not responsible for actions taken by local Customs/Postal Services should customers refuse their shipment or fail to pick it up from its location. Personalized international FOTO orders returned by foreign Customs/Postal Services are not eligible for refund and customers will be responsible for costs to re-ship their order internationally.
